🍽️✨ If you haven’t experienced Moussalli's Prime in Edwardsville, Illinois, you are truly missing out! This place serves up some of the best, if not *the best*, steaks I've ever had in my life. 🥩🔥

But it’s not just about the steaks—the entire menu is a masterpiece! Every dish and drink, from start to finish, was absolute perfection. And can we talk about this adorable peacock cup that my cocktail came in? 🦚🍹 It was a Painkiller, and it was phenomenal!

Moussalli’s Prime, run by the amazing Moussalli brothers, offers not just incredible food but also impeccable service. Christian, one of the owners, is always the perfect host and makes you feel right at home.

Special shoutout to my favorite appetizer, the crab-stuffed mushrooms. They are a must-try, but don’t sleep on the new pork belly appetizer; it was also delicious!

And about those steaks? They’re elevated to another level with the port wine reduction sauces. Truly a game-changer! This time I had it with mushrooms but I have to admit the blue cheese option is my favorite.

Had an amazing time catching up with some of my favorite leaders at my firm. We were there until closing time, just soaking in the incredible atmosphere and flavors.
